VY Jewelry is a family-run jewellery business behind vyjewelry.shop, trading as VY Jewelry Inc with an address in Flushing, New York. It was started by husband and wife Victor and Yulana, who say it began as a jewellery boutique in 2005 before moving online and building links with silver makers in Thailand. Today the pieces are made in Thailand and Italy and sold through the website and Amazon. There are no physical shops.
The range is mostly solid 925 sterling silver for men and women: chunky and fine bracelets, cuffs and bangles, signet and gemstone rings, Italian silver chains, pendants and earrings. Some collections use gemstones such as onyx, opal, malachite or turquoise. The Italian Silver line includes link bracelets named after places, such as Milan, Genoa and Rimini. Every order comes in a VY pouch with a polishing cloth, so it is ready to give as a gift.
VY is a US business, so UK buyers should budget for delivery and import charges. The site shows prices in pounds, but international express delivery by DHL or UPS is listed from $65 USD, and customs duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. Silver pieces can be returned within 30 days, and refunds on card payments lose a 3% processing fee.
