KFC UK offers: Rewards Arcade, app deals and student savings

At KFC, a useful discount is not always a typed voucher code. The official KFC app combines offers with Rewards Arcade, a programme in which qualifying purchases can unlock a chance to win a menu item. That is different from a guaranteed discount, and it is worth knowing the rules before paying.
How KFC Rewards Arcade works
KFC explains that you must identify your account by scanning the app code before an eligible in-store purchase, or order while signed in through the KFC app. A qualifying transaction can generate an invitation to play. If you win, claim the reward into your wallet and use it within the stated period; winning is not guaranteed. Third-party delivery orders do not qualify for the Arcade.
Find offers before you order
- Check the Offers area of the KFC app for deals shown to your account or local restaurant.
- Check whether the price is for collection, dine-in, drive-through or KFC delivery.
- Read each offer for minimum spend, exclusions and expiry; do not assume two promotions stack.
- If you have student eligibility, check an authorised student verification partner and KFC terms before counting on a student perk.
What about NHS, birthday and student discounts?
There is no single reliable code that we can promise every student, NHS worker or birthday customer across the UK. Eligibility and partner offers can change. A student discount shown in a verified account is stronger evidence than an anonymous coupon copied around voucher sites. Confirm it applies at your location.
Delivery versus collecting
For a small order, delivery and service fees can outweigh the apparent saving on a meal. Compare the same basket in KFC’s own app and any delivery marketplace, including fees and product differences. If you collect, ensure the nearest branch is participating in the offer and Arcade.
