PizzaExpress Club has an unusually clear tier structure that can be worth more than a random online voucher. The free loyalty scheme starts at Bronze and gives more benefits as members earn Pizza Stamps. Student promotions are separate and often have specific dates or ordering rules.
Bronze, Silver and Gold explained
The current PizzaExpress Club guide says you begin at Bronze, reach Silver with three stamps and Gold with ten stamps within the qualifying period. Bronze includes a free side or Dough Balls reward and a birthday dessert; Silver and Gold have additional perks, including different Piccolo children’s-meal benefits. Full reward terms are visible in the PizzaExpress app.
How to claim a club reward
- Join the PizzaExpress Club and sign in before you dine or place an eligible direct order.
- Check the rewards panel for your current membership tier and any expiry dates.
- For in-restaurant meals, check in through the app and apply rewards during the visit, not afterward.
- The help centre says qualifying reward use normally requires a minimum £15 spend per checked-in member after discounts; verify individual terms.
- Partner discounts such as UNiDAYS and Club rewards generally cannot be used together.
What about student discounts?
PizzaExpress has run verified student offers through partners such as UNiDAYS and Student Beans. Some headline promotions had fixed 2026 end dates, so an old percentage from a search result should not be treated as current. Open the verification provider and read the specific date, location, minimum-spend and dine-in or online rules.
Birthday and family savings
The Club has tier-related birthday rewards. For families, Piccolo benefits are another reason to compare a direct order with a partner voucher. The biggest percentage is not always the cheapest route if the deal blocks a side reward or has a higher minimum spend.
The right way to compare
Calculate the final bill with the Club reward first, then calculate a separate bill using an eligible student or partner discount. Include any minimum spend and delivery fee. Choose the lower total, not the more exciting label.
