The Formula E Store is the official online shop for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, the all-electric racing series. It is run on Formula E's behalf by FC Sportswear and Retail Services Limited, a Manchester company, so everything is priced in pounds, delivered from the UK and backed by a UK customer service team. The store says it only sells genuine, approved Formula E merchandise.

It suits race fans who want more than a programme from an E-Prix: there is championship-branded clothing for men, women and juniors, kit from teams such as Jaguar TCS Racing, Porsche, Nissan, Mahindra and DS Penske, and gifts from mugs and pens to umbrellas and bags. Collaborations with New Era, CLOT and Top Trumps add a few collectable pieces.

What's worth a look

Here are six picks from the clothing, accessories and gift ranges, with the UK prices shown today.

The Formula E Tonal E Logo Hoodie is one of the better reductions, down to £35 from £55, and it's made from a mix of organic cotton and recycled polyester. For a smaller gift, the limited-edition 150th Race Top Trumps pack at £10 covers the series' standout moments and every drivers' champion, and the Thermal Mug is also £10 at the moment instead of £18.

If you follow a particular team, use the Shop by Team menu: each team has its own collection of shirts, polos, caps and jackets.

Sizes run across men's, women's and junior ranges, and the CLOT x Formula E long-sleeve T-shirt, now £40 instead of £50, is a good example of the streetwear side of the shop: a race car graphic on the front and a yin-yang design on the back. The Packable Backpack, reduced to £20, folds away small enough for a race-day bag. Overseas fans can order too, with delivery charged by region, but UK shoppers get the cheapest and quickest options.

Current offers

There is a sizeable sale section with around 90 products reduced, including Core E Logo Caps at £15 (were £25) and the Formula E Pen at £4 (was £6). Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £75, and express delivery is free from £100. Otherwise standard delivery is £4.99, express is £7.99 and next-working-day premium delivery is £9.99 if you order before 12pm.

How to save more

• Start with the sale section, then add a full-price item if it gets you over £75 for free delivery.
• Sign up to the store's mailing list on the homepage: it says it runs occasional promotions and discounts and tells subscribers first.
• Returns are free in the UK within 30 days, so you can order two sizes of a team shirt and send one back, as long as you check the size guides first.
