OMORPHO makes training kit with the weight built in. Its G-Vest weighted vests spread small stainless steel ball bearings through neoprene panels, so the load sits evenly across your torso rather than in a few heavy blocks, and its G-Wear tops and shorts add a lighter load to the clothes you already train in. The brand has been working on the idea since 2018 and sells in the US, the EU and the UK.

It suits walkers and runners who want to make a familiar route harder, people training for HYROX races, and anyone who'd rather wear their resistance than carry it. There's no separate UK website: UK shoppers buy from the United Kingdom version of the EU store, run by Omorpho B.V. in Amsterdam, with prices in pounds including VAT. Prices below are as shown on 17 October 2026.

What's worth a look

The range is small, so these six cover most of it, from a £69 weighted tank to the £259 men's G-Vest Icon.

The men's G-Vest Icon is the heaviest vest, starting at 4.5 kg and going up to 9.0 kg once you snap in a G-Pack. If you mostly run or are new to weighted training, the G-Vest Run/Lite is lighter: 1.4 to 4 kg in the women's version and 2.7 to 7.2 kg in the men's, which costs £239. G-Wear pieces such as the G-Tank (0.3 kg) and the G-Short 2-in-1 (0.7 kg for men, 0.5 kg for women) are meant to be worn as normal training kit.

• Buy a G-Pack with a vest for less. On the vest pages, the extra 4.5 kg men's G-Pack is £79 instead of £109 and the extra 2.7 kg women's G-Pack is £69 instead of £99 when added as an accessory.
• Shipping is free on orders over £100, which covers any vest on its own.

There were no sitewide discount codes on the UK store when we looked, so the G-Pack add-on price is the main saving. If you're unsure which vest to choose, the product pages list the weight range and who each one is designed for, and the G-Wear pieces are a cheaper way to try wearable resistance before spending over £200 on a vest.

How to save more

• If you think you'll want more weight later, add the G-Pack when you buy the vest. Bought separately later, it costs £30 more.
• Get the size right first time. There are no exchanges: you return the item for a refund and place a new order. UK returns are free within 30 days, and items can have been worn as long as they're in good condition.
• Clearpay is offered on product pages if you'd rather spread the cost of a vest.
