Pushchair Expert: watch the reviews, then buy the pushchair

Pushchair Expert is best known for its reviews. It says it has been testing pushchairs, car seats and other baby gear for more than 12 years, with hundreds of video reviews on its YouTube channel and regular live shows on Facebook. The online shop is run by EDPA Ltd, the same Peterborough-area company that owns Olivers BabyCare, and the two share a showroom in Langtoft, where you can try pushchairs and car seats in person.

It suits parents-to-be who like to research properly before spending several hundred pounds on a travel system. You can watch a model being folded, pushed and loaded into a car boot, read the blog's buying guides, then order from the same site. The range covers travel systems, single and double pushchairs, cabin-approved strollers, car seats, monitors, nursery furniture, carriers, feeding and home safety, all delivered within the UK only.

What's worth a look

Here are six products from the current range and clearance section, with today's prices from Pushchair Expert's own site.

The headline deal is the Joie Finiti Flex Travel Ready Bundle, which includes the pushchair, a Ramble XL carrycot, the i-Level Pro car seat and an ISOFIX base. If you already have a pushchair and need the next car seat, the Maxi-Cosi 360 seats are both cheaper than usual, and the Pearl 360 PRO is down by about £80. For babyproofing, the Callowesse Kuvasz gate is pressure-fit, so there's no drilling, and extensions take it up to 129cm wide.

If you're near Peterborough, you can also book an appointment at the Langtoft showroom, which Pushchair Expert shares with Olivers BabyCare, to try pushchairs and car seats before you order.

Current offers

• Our code AFF5 gives 5% off at Pushchair Expert.
• Some product pages print their own codes: SAVE10 for 10% off the Joie Finiti Flex bundle, and SAVE5 on the ergobaby Omni Deluxe carrier. Usually only one code works per order, so try each to see which saves more.
• The homepage advertises a free carrycot stand with the Joie Finiti Flex Travel Ready Bundle.
• The Special Offers & Clearance section has car seats, gates and learning towers at up to 45% off while stocks last.
• Delivery is free on most mainland orders over £49.99.

How to save more

• Use the price match form. If another retailer has the exact same model and colour in stock for less, Pushchair Expert will look at matching it (not marketplace sellers such as eBay).
• Try "Request Best Price" on bigger buys like travel systems. It's a quick form asking the team for their best deal.
• Check delivery to your postcode. Highlands and islands addresses pay a £25 surcharge, so factor that in when comparing prices.
