The range covers indoor, outdoor and infrared saunas, sauna heaters, ice baths and cold plunge tubs, hot tubs, steam generators and steam shower cabins, red light panels, hyperbaric chambers and massage chairs. Brands include Harvia, Holl's, Chill Tubs, Orca Leisure, Hetki, Genevas, Saunum, Jaquar, Ogawa and its own Balance Recovery kits. Delivery is free to most of mainland UK, usually in 2–5 days, though made-to-order and European-made items take longer, and unloading isn't always included. Many products can be bought outright or with a non-refundable deposit. Most items have a 30-day return window, but some brands have shorter windows or fees, and made-to-order products can't be returned. A price match guarantee adds a free gift when it matches a lower price.

Yes. When you buy from Balance Recovery through our links, Balance Recovery pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
