About CartridgeMonkey
CartridgeMonkey is a UK online shop for printer consumables. It sells original ink and toner cartridges from the major printer makers alongside its own-brand compatible cartridges, plus office, inkjet, laser and photo paper, label tapes and a small range of printers. You find supplies by picking your printer make, family and model in a cartridge finder, or by browsing ink and toner by brand.
The site was launched in 2003 and is run by Netgiant Ltd, a company registered in England with an address in Manchester. Its own-brand compatible cartridges come with a three-year guarantee, and each listing shows a cost per page so you can compare an original cartridge with the compatible version. Prices on the site are shown both including and excluding VAT, which suits home users and businesses alike.
Standard delivery is free and aimed at the next working day for orders placed by 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with paid timed options for earlier or Saturday delivery. It ships only to UK addresses and BFPO, not to Ireland. There is also a free cartridge recycling scheme for empties. Note that the live site blocks automated visits, so the details here come from archived copies of its own pages from 2025 and 2026.

How to use a CartridgeMonkey voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open CartridgeMonkey in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on cartridgemonkey.com.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at CartridgeMonkey
- Compare the cost per page shown on each listing: own-brand compatible cartridges are usually cheaper per page than the originals.
- Choose an XL cartridge where your printer takes one, as the cost per page is normally lower.
- Order by 5:30pm on a weekday to get the free next-working-day delivery rather than paying for a timed slot.
- Save your printer to your account so the Quick Reorder tool finds the right cartridges next time.
- Use the free recycling scheme for empty cartridges.
