CitySprint is a UK courier company specialising in same-day delivery. It started in 1999 and is now part of DPD Group. CitySprint (UK) Limited is registered in Redhill, Surrey, and runs a network of 26 service centres with more than 3,000 couriers on pushbikes, cargo bikes, motorbikes and vans.
Its main service is same-day collection and delivery, offered as standard, timed or dedicated vehicle jobs, alongside next-day delivery (including Premium options), international shipping and personal deliveries. Bigger customers use it for multi-drop rounds, storage and pick and pack, IT relocation, overnight deliveries and refrigerated transport, and it has a dedicated healthcare arm moving pathology samples, blood and pharmacy deliveries.
Most of its work is for businesses, but you don't need an account: you can get a quote and book a one-off delivery online and pay by credit card. Parcels can be tracked online, and support runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, through your local service centre or the contact form.
| Ways to pay | One-off bookings can be paid by credit card online; regular customers can open an account. |
