About Clubtab

Clubtab is a team money app for grassroots sports clubs in the UK. It replaces the spreadsheet a volunteer team manager usually keeps: parents pay subs, match fees, kit and tour money from a link, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Direct Debit, and each payment lands against the right player automatically. Cash can be recorded in a couple of taps, and a monthly bank statement upload lets Clubtab suggest which player each bank transfer belongs to.

Every family gets a private statement link showing what's paid and what's due, with a Pay button, and parents don't need an app or an account. Money goes straight into the team's or club's own bank account through Stripe; Clubtab never holds it. Club treasurers can see every team's balances, payments still to match and year-end packs in one place.

It works for any sport, from rugby and football to netball, hockey and cricket, and is priced per season: free for one team, £49 a team a season, or £199 a club a season with five teams included. Clubtab is a product of Digital Antelope Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and based in Merthyr Tydfil.

How to use a Clubtab voucher code

Ways to save at Clubtab

Start on the free plan for one team: there's no card needed and you can upgrade in Settings later.
On the free plan Clubtab adds 20p to each online payment; on Team and Club it adds nothing, so busier teams may be better off on Team.
Direct Debit costs 1% (capped at £4) in Stripe fees, against 1.5% + 20p for cards, so it's the cheaper way to collect monthly subs.
Joining mid-season? You only pay for the months left, with a three-month minimum.
