Eat and Play Card is a digital discount card for visitors to Orlando and New York City. It has been running since 2010 and says it has helped more than a million people save. It is a US service, and the site is hosted by Impeka Inc.
The card gets you discounts at partner restaurants, attractions, entertainment venues and shops. Partners named on the site include Denny's, Carrabba's, Red Robin, BJ's Restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Buster's, Medieval Times, Planet Hollywood, Kennedy Space Center, Macy's and Bloomingdale's. The card lives in the Eat and Play Card app for iPhone and Android: after buying you get an emailed PIN, and the card is valid from activation, so you can buy before you travel. The printed plastic card was dropped in 2021.
It suits families and groups heading to Florida or New York, because one card covers up to four people. UK buyers should note that it is priced in US dollars, so your card provider may add a conversion fee. Cards cost $20 for 10 days, $25 for six months and $39 for 12 months.
