About Fitness Options

Fitness Options is an independent fitness equipment retailer that first opened in 1989. It once ran a large showroom, but now works mainly online and visits customers to help plan home and company gyms. It's run by Fitness Options (Nottm) Ltd in the East Midlands.

The range covers cardio machines such as treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and rowers, plus multi-gyms, weight benches, racks, free weights and boxing kit. Brands include WaterRower, NordicTrack, Schwinn, Horizon, Bowflex, Spirit, Inspire and Life Fitness, and there's a separate range of rehabilitation machines from Dyaco Medical. Prices run from a few hundred pounds up to several thousand for commercial-grade kit.

Delivery is free to England and Wales unless a product says otherwise, and other areas are quoted by phone. The company employs its own engineers for delivery, installation and after-sales service, with installation priced separately. Klarna instalments are available, and you have 14 days to tell the team in writing if you want to return something.
