About IGP
IGP, which began life as Indian Gifts Portal before moving to igp.com, is an online gift service built around Indian celebrations. Its range covers flowers, cakes, mithai and dry-fruit hampers, personalised gifts, plants, home decor and pooja essentials, with big seasonal collections for Diwali, Rakhi, Bhai Dooj and Karwa Chauth as well as birthdays and anniversaries.
For UK shoppers the main draw is sending gifts to family and friends in India: the site switches prices to pounds, offers same-day delivery of flowers and cakes in many Indian cities, and ships other gifts in India within two to five business days. Standard delivery within India is free on most products. IGP also delivers internationally, including a UK range of cakes, chocolates and flowers and a Diwali-to-UK collection with free shipping.
IGP says around half of its orders come from outside India. You need an account to order (guest checkout was removed to stop people sending unwanted gifts in someone else's name), and you can pay by international credit or debit card or PayPal.
