About Lush Lobster
Lush Lobster is an online card shop where you can personalise a greeting card, add your own words or a photo, and have it printed and posted for you. Cards cover birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, weddings, exams, sympathy, retirement, Christmas and plenty more, with ranges split by recipient such as mum, dad, son or friend.
As well as cards, the site sells gifts to send with them: letterbox flower bouquets, Hotel Chocolat boxes, afternoon tea and food hampers, candle sets and personalised mugs. Gift bundles pair a card with a treat and an extra at a combined price. Cards are printed by a print-on-demand partner and sent by Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day. Royal Mail standard delivery usually takes two to three working days after dispatch, or one working day with First Class. If a card is not right, the shop asks you to get in touch within seven days for a reprint, a swap or a refund. You can also set up occasion reminders by email, which come with a discount.
