About Patrol Store
Patrol Store is an online retailer based in Crowborough, East Sussex, that launched in May 2007. It was set up by people with police, military and private security backgrounds to supply kit to those industries, and it is run by NSI (HQ) Ltd.
The range runs to well over a thousand products. Boots make up a large part of it, from brands such as Magnum, Haix, Lowa, Altberg, Grafters and Kombat UK, alongside tactical trousers, jackets, gloves, bags and holdalls, duty belts and pouches, torches, first-aid kits, G-Shock watches and Plano storage cases. Individuals buy alongside teams and procurement departments, and a corporate team handles bulk and trade orders.
Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48, free on orders over £99, with Tracked 24 as a paid option. Orders placed before noon on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Unwanted items can go back within 14 days (21 days for BFPO addresses) if unworn and with tags on. The shop also runs a price promise and takes Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service members' discounts.
