About Sephora
Sephora is a beauty retailer that sells make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance and beauty tools from a large mix of brands, as well as its own Sephora Collection line. In the UK it trades through sephora.co.uk, an app and a growing number of stores, with ranges covering both premium and more affordable labels.
The chain started in France in 1969 and is owned by the luxury group LVMH. Its UK website grew out of the former Feelunique business. UK customers can collect points through MySephora, the free loyalty programme shared across a number of European and Middle Eastern countries, where every £1 spent earns a point and 100 points unlock a reward.
UK delivery is free over £20, or free on every order once you are a MySephora member, and online returns are free within 28 days as long as products are unopened. Members can also choose two favourite brands for a standing 10% discount on full-price items. New customers are offered a welcome code, and students and Blue Light Card holders can get discounts too.
