About The Brush & Broom
The Brush & Broom is the shop of Hillbrush, a family brush maker founded in 1922 by brothers Fred and Bill Coward in Mere, Wiltshire. The physical venue opened in 2017 and combines a gift shop, a small museum of brush making and a restaurant, and the online shop sells the same brushware to homes across the UK.
The range covers everyday cleaning kit such as brooms, dustpan sets, mops, scrubbing brushes and litter pickers, plus specialist brushes for bottles, radiators and laptops. There is a Traditional range with wooden platform brooms, the Finest by Hillbrush line in wood and natural fibres, Tornado garden brooms with telescopic handles, Champion Brush Winner's Circle horse grooming brushes, and Natural by Hillbrush soaps and shaving brushes. Hillbrush says it has held a Royal Warrant since 1981.
UK delivery costs £3.99 for most items or £9.99 for oversized ones, and is free over £100. Orders before 1pm on a working day go out the same day. Unused items can be returned within 30 days, and Klarna is available at checkout.
