About Urban Bar
Urban Bar designs glassware and bar tools for the drinks trade, and it also sells directly to people kitting out a home bar. The business traces its roots to 1980, when Richard Andrews, a former buyer for Liberty and Heal's, started supplying branded glassware. Urban Bar itself was set up as a product development company in 2001 and is now run by his son, Nick Andrews.
The range covers cocktail, highball, old fashioned, champagne and spirit-tasting glasses, plus shakers, strainers, jiggers, bar spoons, mixing glasses, bitters bottles and ice tools. There are themed collections such as Retro 1890, 1910 and 1920, gold-rim glasses and finishes in gold, silver, rose gold and copper, along with gift sets, engraved items, cocktail books and some spirits.
The UK shop at urbanbar.com prices everything in pounds including VAT.
