About Wall Panels World
Wall Panels World sells wall panelling to homeowners and tradespeople across the UK. It launched in November 2023 as an offshoot of Skirting World, the Birmingham skirting board maker, and the two businesses sit side by side on the same industrial park. Its MDF panel mouldings, dado rails, panelling strips, shelves and kits are machined to order in a factory that has been cutting MDF mouldings since 2011.
The range goes well beyond MDF. There are PVC wall and shower panels in marble, tile and plain finishes for bathrooms and kitchens, acoustic slat panels with felt backing for living rooms and home offices, 3D panels, ceiling panels, trims, and the fixings and adhesives to put them all up. Made-to-order MDF items come unprimed, primed, undercoated or in a painted finish, and the kits arrive in standard lengths for you to cut and mitre on site.
Free online calculators help you work out quantities and preview a panelling layout before you order. Standard delivery is free over £90 to most of the UK, and many orders arrive on the company's own vehicles. Because MDF items are made to order, they can't be returned unless faulty, so samples and the planning tools are worth using first.
