About WeeKett
WeeKett is an Edinburgh company that started with a Wi-Fi kettle you can switch on from your phone or by asking Alexa or Google. The name joins the Scots word 'wee' with 'kettle'. The business was registered in Scotland in 2018 and launched its first smart kettle in the UK in June 2020.
The range has since grown to two smart kettles, long-slot and two-slice toasters, frying pans, a ten-piece knife set, a kitchen food waste composter and a self-cleaning cat litter box with an app. The smart kettles let you pick a temperature from 40°C to 100°C, schedule a boil and keep water warm for an hour, and one has a baby formula setting.
Delivery is free to mainland UK and quoted at two business days. Products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year manufacturer guarantee, and you can pay later with Klarna.
