Store spotlight: ANTHBOT, wire-free robot mowers sold to the UK in euros

ANTHBOT makes robot lawn mowers that don't need a boundary wire. Instead of pegging a cable round the edge of the lawn, you map the garden in the app, and the mower finds its way using RTK satellite positioning, cameras, LiDAR, or a mix of these. The brand began in sensor technology, moved into mowers in 2022 and launched its first model in 2023. Its European store is run by ANTHBOT GER GmbH in Neuss, Germany.

UK buyers should know how the ordering works. There's no separate UK site: choosing the UK takes you to the EU store, which prices in euros and ships from a European warehouse. Mowers ship free, accessory orders over €99 ship free, and the shipping policy says ANTHBOT pays the tariffs. Delivery takes about 3-7 working days after processing. It suits anyone with a small to large lawn who's had enough of mowing it, or of fixing a snapped boundary cable.

What's worth a look

These are some of the mowers and accessories on the EU store, with the euro prices shown today.

The M5 is the entry model, for lawns up to 500m². It uses full-band RTK with two cameras, takes about 10 minutes to set up without wires, and is €629 against a regular €749. For bigger gardens, the N8 covers up to 1,500m². It also collects clippings and sweeps into a 23-litre bin that empties itself, and it's €1,599. If your garden has lots of trees, which can block satellite signals, the M5 LiDAR and the PRO models use 360-degree LiDAR so they don't rely on RTK alone.

Some models come with a free trial of the 4G NetRTK service and need a subscription after that, so check the details on each product page.
