BACKLAXX is a wellbeing brand from Mindelheim in Bavaria, run by RESLA GmbH and its three founders, Alex, Roland and Helmut. It says more than 250,000 customers have bought from it, and it is best known in Germany for its acupressure mats. The English shop is a version of the German one, so you will spot the odd page or product note still in German, but the essentials are in English.

It suits anyone building a calm-down corner at home: people who like a few minutes on an acupressure mat at the end of the day, yoga beginners who want a mat and blocks in one go, and runners or gym-goers who use foam or cork rollers after a session. Many products come with a free video course, and the mats also include an eBook and audiobook.

What's worth a look

These six are the core of the range, with the pound prices shown when you choose United Kingdom in the country selector.

The Acupressure Mat Set "Original" is the one BACKLAXX built its name on, and comes in several colours. If you want something more intense there is the Intensiva at the same price, and the Magnum set has an extra-large mat. For yoga, the yoga mat comes in five printed patterns with a carrying strap.

The rest of the range fills in the gaps. The neck roll and the cork fascia roller set both cost £28.65, and the fascia set comes in sets of one, three or four pieces with a video course of 12 exercises. There is also a 24-piece glass cupping set at £56.72, yoga blocks and belts, a round meditation cushion and a small supplements range, including organic ashwagandha and omega 3. Product pages say most items are in stock and with you in one to two days within its main delivery area, so allow longer for the UK.

Current offers

We don't have any BACKLAXX offers from the affiliate feed yet, but the shop's own vouchers page lists a few. Code ENTSPANNUNG takes 5% off the whole range, and signing up to the newsletter gets you a personal 10% voucher by email. Bundles are also priced below the cost of buying each item separately, with savings of 13% to 17% on sets such as the Acupressure Complete, Fascia and Yoga bundles.

BACKLAXX ships to Great Britain from Germany with Deutsche Post and DHL. Its shipping page lists a flat €8.90 delivery charge for countries outside the EU, and UK buyers may have to pay import charges, so check the total at checkout. There is a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on orders from its own shop.

How to save more

• Compare a bundle with the items you want. The Acupressure Travel bundle, for example, pairs the Original mat with a neck pillow at about 15% less than buying both.
• Use either the newsletter voucher or the ENTSPANNUNG code on a bigger order, so the fixed delivery charge is a smaller share of the total.
• Pick United Kingdom in the country selector before you shop so you see prices in pounds.
