Vitastrong is a sports nutrition brand founded in Italy in 2020, and its UK shop sells creatine, protein snacks, vitamins, energy drinks and gym wear priced in pounds. The UK site is run by Globax Nutrition SRL, with returns going to a warehouse in San Marino, and orders are delivered across the UK. The brand says its products are developed with biologists and nutritionists, tested by accredited labs and free from doping substances.

It suits gym-goers and amateur athletes who want the basics, such as creatine, protein bars and electrolytes, plus everyday vitamins from one place. As with any supplement, follow the dosage on the label, and check with your GP if you're unsure whether a product is right for you.

What's worth a look

Here are six picks from across the range, with the prices shown on the UK site today.

Creastrong creatine powder is one of the brand's bestsellers at £18.99, and there's also a tablet version. For snacks, the box of 12 chocolate protein bars is down to £35.99 from £49.99, and the same deal applies to the berries and white chocolate flavours. The pistachio protein cream at £9.99 is a spread for toast, pancakes or porridge.

If you want to try the energy drinks before committing to a box of 12, the Offers page has a four-can pack for £12.99, down from £14.99.

There's more beyond supplements. The site sells gym clothing such as tank tops, leggings and hoodies, accessories like knee sleeves and lifting belts, and low-calorie cooking extras such as zero-calorie sauces and flavour drops. A Vitastrong gift card starts at £15 and has no expiry date, which makes it an easy present for someone who trains.

Current offers

We don't have any Vitastrong codes in our feed yet, but the UK site's Offers page has plenty going on:

• 2+1 free on selected supplements, including Magnesium Complex, Multivitamin, Collagen, Biotin Complex and Glucosamine Complex.
• Protein bar boxes of 12 for £35.99, down from £49.99.
• Bundles priced below the cost of buying each product separately, such as the Immunity & Energy Bundle at £42.99 (was £56.99) and the Creastrong Essential Pack at £28.99 (was £32.99).
• Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.

How to save more

• Aim for £50 to get free delivery. Below that the shipping policy says £5.90, though the FAQ says £6.90, so check the figure at checkout.
• Stock up on staples when they carry the 2+1 free badge, as that's effectively three for the price of two. Check that the item is in stock first, as some badged products show as unavailable.
• Buy bars by the box of 12 rather than singly, and compare bundles with the separate prices before you buy.
