Every AirHelp code here comes from AirHelp itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, AirHelp may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
AirHelp is a claims company that helps air passengers get compensation from airlines when a flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked. It was founded in January 2013 by Henrik Zillmer, went through the Y Combinator start-up programme in 2014, and the service is provided by AirHelp Germany GmbH in Berlin. It handles claims under UK261 and EU261 as well as passenger rights rules in other countries such as Brazil, and it co-founded APRA, the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates.
You enter your flight details, AirHelp checks whether the claim is valid, and then deals with the airline for you, including going to court if needed. It works on a no win, no fee basis: if it wins, it keeps a standard fee of 35% of the compensation, including VAT. If legal action is needed (AirHelp says this happens in about 3% of cases) it takes a further Legal Action Fee of 15% of the compensation, including VAT, on top of the 35%. For goodwill claims it charges US$29.99. Nothing is charged if the claim fails.
You don't have to use a claims company. Under UK261 you can claim straight from the airline for free, and if it refuses you can take the complaint to the airline's dispute resolution scheme or the Civil Aviation Authority. AirHelp also sells AirHelp+, an annual membership with no fee on claims, plus fixed payouts and lounge access during disruptions, and a free flight-tracking app.

Usually not: most stores, including AirHelp, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
We don't have a first-order code for AirHelp right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
We don't have an app-only AirHelp code right now. When one appears it shows here with an App only badge. Free AirHelp app for flight tracking, compensation alerts and managing AirHelp+ protection.
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Every AirHelp code here comes from AirHelp itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate programme, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Yes. When you buy from AirHelp through our links, AirHelp pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order. Minimum £25; anything under that rolls over to the next quarter.
No. You pay AirHelp's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by AirHelp or its affiliate network, not by you.
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the basket on the AirHelp website, then paste the code into the discount or promo code box at checkout.
