Cartridge People is an online retailer of printer ink and toner run by The Cartridge People Ltd from Crewe in Cheshire. It says it has traded since 2001 and works from 60,000 square feet of warehouse space across several Cheshire sites, serving homes and businesses across the UK.
The range covers original cartridges from brands such as HP, Brother, Canon and Epson, plus its own-brand compatible ink, toner and label tapes, which it backs with a Lifetime Printer Guarantee. It also sells printers, label printers, paper, batteries, stationery, packaging, cleaning supplies and office furniture. When we checked an archived copy of its site (April 2026), an own-brand Canon PG-540XL/CL-541XL multipack was listed at £44.90 and a 500-sheet ream of its A4 copy paper at £5.99.
Standard tracked delivery was free over £35 in that copy, with paid priority dispatch and DPD next-day options. Unwanted items can be sent back within 30 days, after contacting customer services first, and own-brand products can be returned for account credit for up to 12 months. Business accounts and a student discount through Student Beans are also offered.

Usually not: most stores, including Cartridge People, accept one discount code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
We don't have a first-order code for Cartridge People right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
It depends on the code. Many discount codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Usually not with another discount code, as most stores take one code per order. Student discount often still applies to sale prices and alongside free-delivery deals, so check the terms of the student offer.
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the basket on the Cartridge People website, then paste the code into the discount or promo code box at checkout.
