Cashmere Boutique has been selling cashmere online since 1999 and says it has served more than 250,000 customers around the world. The company describes its yarn as Grade-A cashmere of roughly 14 to 15.5 microns. Pashminas, sweaters, shawls, robes and blankets are made in Nepal, while some hats, gloves, coats and travel sets are made in China, and each product page lists its country of origin. Orders are dispatched from a warehouse in North Carolina in the United States.
UK shoppers can switch the country selector to United Kingdom to see prices in pounds. Because parcels come from the US, international customers may have to pay import duty and taxes on arrival, and returns go back to the US warehouse within 15 days. Most styles are shown with a reduced sale price against a higher regular price, and there is a separate flash sale page.
