About et al.
et al. is a makeup brand created by a scientist and a makeup artist and run by iiaa Limited, the London company behind the International Institute for Active Ageing, which says it has more than 30 years of experience in skin health. The name means "and more", and the brand's pitch is makeup that also carries skincare ingredients at working levels, so each product is meant to look after skin as well as cover it.
The range is compact. Face products include the Intelligent Skin Radiant Foundation SPF 15, a powder foundation in a refillable compact, a cream concealer, radiant and mattifying primers and a 3-in-1 face mist. There are lip liners, gloss balms and the new Peptide + Lip Complex, plus blush, bronzer and complexion glow refills that slot into reusable compacts and palettes. Foundation kits bundle a base with brushes, and an online shade finder walks you through matching foundation and concealer. The brand says its formulas are vegan and dermatologist tested.
et al. sells online only from its own site, with some products also used in salons that stock iiaa brands. UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50, with paid next-day options, and it ships to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world by DHL Express. Returns within 28 working days are free, even if you have opened an item to try the shade.
