About Glerc Bikes UK
Glerc Bikes UK is the British site of Glerc, a kids' bike brand that started in the US. It sells bikes for children aged about 2 to 13, from 12-inch toddler bikes up to 24- and 26-inch bikes for older children, plus a few adult bikes. Many best sellers are vintage-style girls' bikes with baskets, such as Little Molly, Maggie and Missy, and the range also covers the BMX-style Gemini, Skyline and Apex mountain bikes and the lightweight Nova belt-drive bikes. Helmets, baskets, bells, streamers, doll seats and training wheels are sold too. The UK shop is run by ZL Cycles Ltd, registered in Kington, Herefordshire.
Delivery is free to UK addresses, and orders usually arrive in 4 to 7 working days. Glerc does not ship outside the UK from this site. The site has an assembly guide and videos for finishing the bike at home.
Unused, unassembled items can go back within 45 days with the store's approval. Returns are free only for faults, damage or missing parts; for a change of mind you pay the postage, which is costly for a boxed bike. Frames and forks have a lifetime warranty against faults in materials and workmanship.
