About Sweatband
Sweatband is an online sports and fitness retailer that has been trading since 1999. It is a trading name of Dyaco UK Ltd, is based in Milton Keynes and has a showroom on Midsummer Boulevard in the city centre where customers can see equipment in person.
The range covers home gym equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines, benches, racks and weights, from brands such as Reebok, Echelon, NordicTrack and ProForm, plus its own DKN, Viavito and Half Human labels. There is a large racket sports section for tennis, padel, squash, badminton and racketball, as well as table tennis tables and other games.
Heavy items over 30kg come by two-person delivery on a pre-booked date. Sweatband offers a price match promise, interest-free instalments on many products and a rewards scheme called The Journey. Customer service is available by phone and email on weekdays, and the site has a service and warranty section for larger machines.
