About Theatre Tickets Direct
Theatre Tickets Direct is an online ticket agent for London theatre, trading since 2005. It sells tickets for West End musicals and plays, along with some dance, comedy and immersive shows, and says it is a member of STAR, the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers.
As well as single tickets, the site offers show-and-meal packages with nearby restaurants, a group booking service, and gift vouchers from £25 that can be used towards any show it sells. Most shows have an interactive seating plan so you can choose your seats, and the site states that seat numbers are confirmed before you pay. Tickets are usually sent by email straight after booking.
The company is Theatre Tickets Direct Ltd, registered in England in 2005 with an office in central London. Bookings carry a per-ticket booking fee and cannot be refunded once made, though date exchanges may be possible for a 10% fee, and optional TicketPlan cover is available for certain unexpected events.
