Coach Soak is owned by eBrands Global Oy, a company in Helsinki, Finland. The brand says it was started by athletes who made a magnesium soak part of their routine after training, and its shop is built around products for people who exercise a lot: bath soaks, creams and sprays, gummies, and a line of portable A90 training gear.

There's a UK version of the store with prices in pounds, and Coach Soak says it ships from warehouses in the UK, the EU, the US and Australia, usually dispatching within one to two working days. The delivery cost is shown at checkout. It suits runners, gym-goers and anyone who likes a long soak after a hard session, as well as people who want to train at home or on the road without much kit.

What's worth a look

These are some of the products on Coach Soak's UK store, with the prices shown when we looked.

The bath soaks are the brand's main product. They're made with magnesium chloride flakes, Dead Sea minerals and vitamin C crystals, in scents such as lavender, citrus, peppermint, and eucalyptus with tea tree, plus an unscented one. Several were showing as sold out on the UK store when we checked, so the 100ml Magnesium Recovery Cream - Peppermint at £18.95 is an easy place to start. It contains magnesium chloride, MSM, Dead Sea salt, aloe and menthol, and also comes in lavender and eucalyptus.

On the training side, the A90 Full Set was half price at £61, down from £122. It brings together Angles90 grips, resistance bands, a cable pulley, a homemade weight attachment, anchors and straps, and a carry bag. The smaller pieces, such as the A90 Gym Grips and A90 Resistance Band, are sold on their own too, and the range also includes creatine and shilajit gummies, a magnesium oil spray and a Cryo Ball hot and cold kit, though some of these were out of stock in the UK when we checked.

How to save more

• Make sure you're on the UK store, so prices are in pounds and you aren't paying a currency conversion fee.
• Look at the bundles before buying a soak and a cream separately, as the bundles cost less than the two items on their own.
• If you use a cream regularly, the monthly subscription takes a quarter off the price.
