Pondkeeper is a pond specialist based in Billingham on Teesside. It has been selling pond equipment straight to the public since 2005, and as well as the website it runs its own shop where you can see pumps and filters working, pick out fish and plants and ask for advice. If you have a garden pond, from a small wildlife pond to a koi set-up, it stocks just about everything you need: liners, pumps, filters, UV clarifiers, vacuums, treatments, food and lighting from brands such as PondXpert, Hozelock, Blagdon, Evolution Aqua and Velda.

Late autumn is a busy time for pond owners. Falling leaves sink and rot, sludge builds up on the bottom, and pumps and filters need checking before the cold sets in. That makes now a good time to look at nets, cleaning kit and treatments, and to plan any new pond for spring.

Current offers

We don't have a Pondkeeper discount code at the moment, but the site has plenty of reductions without one:

• Free UK delivery over £79. It's applied automatically, so no code is needed. Below that, delivery is £4.99.
• Multibuys on treatments. The PondXpert Sludge Shifter is buy one get one free at £19.99, and PondXpert Pond Gel Balls are 3 for 2.
• The Offers section. More than 400 reduced lines, including Blagdon pumps and preformed ponds.

How to save more

• Group your order to get over £79 for free delivery. Treatments, nets and spares add up quickly, so one bigger order usually beats several small ones.
• Use the pond liner calculator before ordering a liner. Custom-made liners can't be sent back unless they're faulty.
• Sign up to the mailing list at the bottom of the site for internet-only offers and previews.

Most orders placed before 1pm on a working day go out the same day for next-working-day delivery. Large liners and live plants come straight from the manufacturer or nursery and can take three to four weeks, so order those well ahead of when you need them.
