Siroko is a sportswear brand from Gijón on Spain's north coast. It started in 2016 as a small sunglasses studio, grew into a cycling clothing label, and now makes kit for skiing, snowboarding, running, the gym and football too. It sells mainly through its own website, which ships to the UK with prices in pounds, and it has its own shops in Gijón, Madrid and Barcelona. It suits road and gravel cyclists who want a good range of their own-brand kit at mid-range prices, and skiers or snowboarders looking for a jacket that doesn't cost the earth.

With winter coming, the thermal side of the range is the most useful right now: long-sleeve thermal jerseys, winter bib tights, windproof jackets and base layers, alongside snowboard jackets and trousers. The sunglasses that started it all are still a big part of the shop, with photochromic lenses that darken as the light gets brighter.

What's worth a look
