About Emma
Emma - The Sleep Company is a mattress and bedding brand founded in Germany in 2015. It is run from Frankfurt, where it has its own sleep lab, and sells in more than 20 countries. The company celebrated ten years of trading in 2025.
The range started with the Emma Original foam mattress and now includes hybrid and premium mattresses, toppers, pillows, duvets, weighted blankets, bed frames and bed linen. There is also an outlet and a refurbished section with lower-priced stock.
Most sales are online. Mattresses are vacuum-packed and rolled into a box, and delivery and returns are both free. Mattresses and beds come with a trial of up to 200 nights, toppers 100 nights and pillows 30 nights, and the mattresses carry a guarantee of up to 10 years. In the UK you can also try the range at Emma's own stores in Westfield London, Manchester Arndale, Solihull and Guildford, and at partner retailers such as Argos, Furniture Village and Land of Beds.
