The UK version of its site prices everything in pounds and says orders go out from local warehouses, with fulfilment centres listed for the UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia.
The range leans towards chunky, powerful bikes. There are moped-style fat-tyre models in the C93 and C91 families (some listed with 1000W or dual motors and described as off-road bikes), the long-range EC20 folding commuter with an optional second battery, and the C94 and EC27 cargo and delivery bikes with large or dual batteries. A C99 commuter bike is also listed. The site does not say which models meet the UK rules for electric bikes that can be ridden on public roads, so check the motor power and assisted speed on each product page before you buy one for road use.
Delivery is free on all orders: bikes usually leave within one to two business days and arrive three to eight business days after dispatch, while accessories can take longer. There is a 30-day return window for unused bikes (under 10km on the display, in original packaging), a 1 to 2-year warranty depending on the model and part, and an up-to-20% Off-Road & Adventure Super Sale running on the site.
