The brand is based in Australia and ships internationally, so UK orders come from there. Its site gives a flat international shipping charge in Australian dollars for the UK, with delivery estimated at about a week, and every parcel needs a signature. Shipping costs don't include any import duties or taxes due when the parcel reaches the UK. Returns are accepted within 30 days through its online returns portal, but items must be unworn, unwashed and still tagged, return postage is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or wrong, and international customers pay to send items back.
