BlueBay Hotels: all-inclusive Caribbean resorts and Spanish sun breaks

BlueBay Hotels is a Spanish hotel group that says it has more than five decades in the business. It now runs 11 properties in Spain, Mexico and the Dominican Republic under the BlueBay, BelleVue and Blue Diamond names. Its resorts suit families after an all-inclusive week in the sun, and couples who want an adults-only escape. There is a UK reservations line that is answered around the clock.

You can book hotel only or flight plus hotel on the website. Room prices only appear once you search with dates, so we haven't quoted any here. Check-in at the resorts we looked at is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00, and the website has online check-in for some stays. Children's age bands differ by hotel, so enter ages carefully when you search.

What's worth a look

Four resorts to start with, plus the two pages that will save you money.

For a long-haul family holiday, BlueBay Grand Esmeralda in Playa del Carmen is the flagship. It is a five-star all-inclusive resort with a private beach, three big pools, six restaurants and a mini club. Couples should look at Villas Doradas in Puerto Plata, an adults-only all-inclusive on Playa Dorada next to the golf course.

Closer to home, BlueBay Banús in Marbella is built like an Andalusian village in 28,000 square metres of subtropical gardens, with golf courses nearby. BlueBay Beach Club in Gran Canaria has apartments with kitchens and a lagoon-style pool, and is a sensible winter-sun pick for families who want space to spread out.

Current offers

We already list BlueBay's Plan Early Save More deal. On the offers page it appears as Early Booking Offers, with up to 55% off selected hotels for stays in 2027. It is only valid for bookings made between 30 September and 25 October 2026, so there are only days left, and each hotel has its own terms.

On top of that, joining My BlueBay is free. Members get 5% off when booking on the website, applied as you book, plus free Wi-Fi and early check-in or late check-out when available. Stay more than seven nights and spend €900 in a year and you move up to the Pink tier, with bigger discounts.

How to save more

• Join My BlueBay before you search, so the 5% member discount shows up in the price straight away.
• If you are flying anyway, compare the flight-plus-hotel option with booking separately. BlueBay sells both in one booking.
• Check the board basis. The Caribbean resorts are mainly all-inclusive, while Spanish hotels may also offer B&B, half board or full board, which can be cheaper if you plan to eat out.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 19 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
