HTVRONT: heat presses, DTF printing and vinyl for UK makers

HTVRONT is a crafting brand owned by Sijiu Tech, based in Changsha, China. It started out making heat transfer vinyl in 2018 and now sells a range of heat presses and printing kit for people who customise T-shirts, tote bags, tumblers, hats and phone cases, whether as a hobby or as a small side business. Its UK website prices everything in pounds and ships with UK carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce.

The range suits Cricut and other cutting-machine owners who want a proper press instead of a household iron, Etsy sellers making personalised gifts, and anyone curious about sublimation or DTF transfers. There's also a free design app, IdeaStudio.

What's worth a look

Here's a cross-section of the machines and supplies, with prices as shown on the UK store when we checked:

The A200 Auto Tumbler Heat Press is the one to look at for personalised cups and tumblers, while the H10 is the manual 12x10in press for shirts and bags. If you're just starting out, the 36-sheet vinyl bundle gives you 25 colours to practise with.

The automatic presses are the main draw. Instead of pressing down a lever, you set the time and temperature and the press closes and opens by itself, which makes it easier to get even results on a batch of shirts. Machine pages set out the specifications, and several presses are also sold in bundles with accessories or a second press. The D1 DTF printer is aimed at small businesses printing transfers in volume rather than at casual crafters, so it's worth reading the specs carefully before committing to it.

Current offers

We don't have any HTVRONT codes on Voucher Magpie yet. On the UK store itself:

• Standard delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £39 (over £89 for Northern Ireland); otherwise it's £7.99.
• The site runs machine bundles, such as an auto heat press with the tumbler press, priced below the cost of buying the items separately.
• New subscribers are offered a free gift and an extra discount. The FAQ says discounts are often applied automatically at checkout, and account holders earn points towards rewards.
• Sale prices and flash sales change often, so check the product page for the current price.

How to save more

• Add supplies such as vinyl or sublimation paper to a machine order to clear the £39 free-delivery threshold, rather than buying them later with a delivery charge.
• Create an account before you buy so the order counts towards your points.
• Pick priority shipping (£12 on orders over £39) if you're making Christmas gifts. The shop warns that standard delivery can be slower around Black Friday and Christmas.
