QOLA sells nicotine pouches in the UK, run by VitanicVision UK Limited. Its pouches come in strengths from 1.5mg to 20mg and in mint, fruit and original flavours, sold in single cans of 20 pouches or in five-can packs. The products are only for adults aged 18 and over, and QOLA sells them only in the United Kingdom.

It suits adult nicotine users who want a smoke-free option and like to choose their strength. Each pouch is slim, and QOLA says the flavour lasts up to 45 minutes. These products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive, and they aren't for anyone who doesn't already use nicotine.

What's worth a look

Here are six QOLA cans and packs across the flavour range and strengths.

Single cans are currently £2.98 each, and each holds 20 pouches. Cool Mint 8mg is a middle-strength mint, and Velvet Rose 8mg is a floral option at the same strength. For fruit flavours, Watermelon Splash and Strawberry Sprinkle both come in 4mg. Classical Original 1.5mg is the lowest strength in the range.

If you've found a flavour you like, the five-can packs work out cheaper. The Double Mint 12mg 5 Can Pack is £8.98, down from £14.90, which QOLA says is only £1.80 a can. Five-can packs are available across most of the range, including the 1.5mg, 4mg, 8mg, 16mg and 20mg strengths.

Orders are usually dispatched within one to three business days. Standard delivery normally takes two to four business days and express one to two, and you get a tracking link once your order ships. QOLA says its pouches use nicotine of more than 99% purity and involve no combustion or tar. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced.

QOLA has also launched the QOLA Tin, a reusable metal case for pouches that comes in six finishes.

How to save more

• Buy five-can packs. At £8.98 for five cans, they cost much less per can than buying singles.
• Reach the £20 free-shipping threshold. Three five-can packs take you over it, so you don't pay for delivery.
• Try a single can first. If you're unsure about a flavour or strength, buy one can at £2.98 before committing to a pack. Strengths vary a lot across the range, so start low if you're unsure.

Opened nicotine products can't be returned. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
