Trans Studio Theme Park Bali is an indoor theme park on the first floor of Trans Studio Mall Bali, on Jalan Imam Bonjol in Denpasar. It's part of CT Corpora, the Indonesian group behind the Trans Studio parks in Bandung and Cibubur. Because everything is indoors, it's a handy plan B for families when it rains or the heat gets too much. It suits children, teenagers and adults who like rides.

The park lists more than 16 rides and three live shows across four zones. Tickets are sold on its own website in Indonesian rupiah, with separate prices for international and Indonesian guests. It opens from 11am to 6pm on weekdays and 11am to 7pm at weekends and on public holidays, Bali time, with last entry an hour before closing.

What's worth a look

These are the rides, zones and package we'd look at first.

The Boomerang Challenge Coaster is the big thrill ride. It runs forwards and backwards along a track that rises above the top of the building. For something calmer, Flying Over Indonesia is a flight simulator that takes you over the country's landmarks, with breezes and scents to match. Between rides there's Gayatri, a musical drama based on Balinese stories, and the Rise of the Bali Legend parade, with characters such as Barong and Anoman.

Fans of something scarier can head to the Adventure zone. Its City of the Dead ride is based on the Fear the Walking Dead TV series and hands you an infrared gun to hold off the zombies. The Action Zone has a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course on a New York rooftop set. Younger children should check the height limits for each ride before you go. Children over 13 can go round on their own, but under-13s need an adult with them. There's a nursery room, and lockers can be rented for anything you can't take on the rides.

Current offers

We don't have any Trans Studio Bali codes, but the park is running two family packages for international guests. You can buy them on its website or at the ticket counter until 31 December 2026:

• Deli Play Family Package: IDR 700,000 per adult and IDR 450,000 per child aged 3–9, including a ticket and a Bowl n Bun meal with a drink.
• VIP Play Family Package: IDR 1,650,000 per adult and IDR 1,400,000 per child aged 3–9, adding VIP Access to the ticket and meal so you can skip the queues on selected rides.

How to save more

• Choose International Guest when booking. Indonesian-guest rates need an upgraded local account.
• Only book once your dates are fixed. Tickets are valid on the chosen date only and can't be refunded or transferred.
• A meal package can work out simpler than paying separately on the day, since outside food and drink aren't allowed in.
