It suits shoppers who want something different from the big phone brands. The store highlights free delivery and 30-day returns, and runs a student programme with 5% off phones and 10% off audio and wearables. For UK shoppers orders usually dispatch within two business days, then take three to five business days on Standard Shipping or one to three on Priority. A signature is needed on delivery and PO Box addresses are not served. You can pay with Klarna to split purchases into instalments. Defective products can be repaired, replaced or refunded if you contact Nothing within 30 days of delivery.
