Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Pleso Therapy code here comes from Pleso Therapy itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Pleso Therapy may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Pleso Therapy
Pleso Therapy is an online platform for one-to-one talking therapy by video. You take a five-minute matching quiz about what you'd like support with and how you like to work, get three suggested therapists with their next free slots, or browse the full catalogue of profiles with qualifications and video introductions, then book a 50-minute session in your browser. Sessions are not recorded, and the service is for individual adults aged 18 and over rather than couples.
The company says it was launched in 2021 by Oleksandr Bondariev and therapist Anna Lissova, grew in Ukraine, Poland and Romania, and now runs a UK service with a local team. It says only around 15% of therapist applicants are accepted, and that every UK therapist has at least three years' post-qualification experience, belongs to a recognised body such as BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCPS, COSRT or BABCP, holds an enhanced DBS check and carries indemnity insurance. The business behind it is Pleso Therapy sp. z o.o., registered in Elbląg, Poland, with a London correspondence address.
A single UK session costs £79. Bundles of 4, 12 or 24 sessions bring the price down to £74, £64 or £59 a session, and subscriptions charge the same rates on a 28, 84 or 168-day cycle. New clients can take 40% off a first session with the code printed on the pricing page. Pleso is not an emergency or crisis service, and its therapists do not diagnose or prescribe.
Pleso Therapy delivery and returns
| Delivery | Online service: 50-minute one-to-one video sessions on Pleso's own platform in your browser, with nothing to install. Sessions are not recorded. |

Bundles and subscriptions are non-refundable, but bundles are valid for 180 days and the Care Team can extend them. You can switch therapist once for free. |

How to use a Pleso Therapy voucher code
- Tap Get code on the offer you want. We copy the code for you and open Pleso Therapy in a new tab.
- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on pleso.me.
- Go to the checkout and choose your delivery option.
- Paste the code into the discount code or promo code box and apply it. Check the discount shows in your order total before you pay.
- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Pleso Therapy
- New clients can use code START40 at checkout for 40% off their first session.
- If you expect to keep going, a bundle cuts the per-session price from £79 to as little as £59 (24 sessions), but bundles are non-refundable, so start smaller if unsure.
- Key workers, including NHS staff, teachers and veterans, can message the Care Team to ask about special discounts.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and the session goes back to your balance instead of being lost.
- If the first therapist doesn't feel right, you can switch once for free and keep your bundle sessions.
