Why use Voucher Magpie?
Every Trotec code here comes from Trotec itself or its official affiliate programme, never copied from another voucher site. When you shop through our links, Trotec may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. We give 50% of that commission to the charity, club or school you choose, at no extra cost to you.
About Trotec
Trotec GmbH is a family of brands from Heinsberg, near Aachen in Germany, that designs and sells equipment for controlling indoor climate. It's not the Austrian laser-engraving firm with a similar name. The company says development, manufacturing and logistics all happen within a few minutes of its first headquarters in Heinsberg, and the wider Trotec group employs several hundred people.
The UK online shop covers home dehumidifiers (including WiFi models and small Peltier units), fan heaters, oil-filled radiators, convectors and infrared panels, fans, mobile air conditioners, air cleaners and humidifiers. There's also a large professional side: construction dryers, industrial heaters, high-performance fans, moisture and thermal-imaging meters, garden pumps, power tools and work tents. Pro products are generally left out of its promotions.
Prices on the UK shop are in pounds and include VAT. Orders come from Germany via UPS, with flat UK delivery charges by weight, and each product shows its own delivery time, which ranges from in stock to several weeks for some models. Private customers have the usual 14-day right to withdraw, with returns sent back to Trotec's logistics centre in Heinsberg.
Trotec delivery and returns
| Delivery | Shipped from Germany by UPS (bulky orders on pallets). UK delivery costs £6.95 up to 20kg, £7.95 from 20kg and £24.95 from 30kg or for bulky items. Delivery times are shown on each product page. No parcel lockers. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 14-day right of withdrawal for private customers, counted from delivery; email [email protected] or use the withdrawal form. You pay the cost of returning parcel goods to Heinsberg, Germany; items too big for parcel post are collected for €79. Damaged deliveries can be returned free with a label from Trotec. |

How to use a Trotec voucher code

- Check the offer's Terms first: some codes need a minimum spend, are for new customers only, or exclude sale items.
- Add what you want to your basket on trotec.com.
- At checkout, choose delivery or click & collect. No UK collection; Trotec's own store and outlet is in Heinsberg, Germany.

- Didn't work? Tap Didn't work? under the code so we can recheck it, and read why codes fail.
Ways to save at Trotec
- Check the delivery time on each product page before ordering: some models are in stock, others show several weeks.
- Codes like DEAL20 and SINGLE exclude Pro products and can't be combined, so pick the better one for your basket.
- Delivery is a flat fee by weight (from £6.95), so grouping accessories with a bigger item saves a second charge.
- Sign up to the newsletter for a £10 voucher on your first registration.
- Returns go back to Germany at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, so check sizes and room capacities before you buy.
