It suits anyone sending email at volume who wants fewer bounces and a better sender reputation, from small newsletters to larger businesses using the API. There is a free tier with 100 validation credits a month, so you can test the service before paying. Pay-as-you-go credits start at 2,000 addresses, while the ZeroBounce ONE subscription bundles validation, monitoring and extra tools with 24/7 VIP support. Annual billing is cheaper than monthly, and unused credits roll over for subscribers. The company lists SOC 2 Type 2 certification and says uploaded data is kept for no more than 30 days unless you delete it sooner.
For UK buyers this is a US-priced service: plans are quoted in US dollars, although the pricing page says payments through Stripe accept other major currencies including pounds. There is a UK sales phone line, 24/7 live chat and email support.
