There is a Best Price Guarantee: if you find the same hotel with the same inclusions cheaper elsewhere, you send evidence such as a screenshot and, once verified, the company says it will match the price. It also runs an AI trip planner, a points scheme called Societe and a paid VIP travel club called LuxPlus+.
