Its selling package starts from £999 including VAT for properties up to £200,000, with the fee set by three price bands. Alongside selling it offers free valuations, letting services for landlords, mortgage advice and a property search.
The core package covers professional photos, a video tour and a floor plan, a For Sale board, and listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Purplebricks itself. You get 24/7 online booking of viewings, offers and sales agreements, plus live tracking through the app and a dedicated sales progressor. You can run viewings yourself or pay for Assisted Viewings at £499, and other optional extras include an EPC at £199. If a property has not sold after 12 months, the Purplebricks Guarantee lets you claim back the selling fee, less an administration charge, subject to conditions.
For sellers, the key choice is how to pay. Pay Now settles the fee before marketing starts, while Pay Later means nothing upfront but the full fee falls due after 10 months or earlier if the sale completes or you withdraw, and it requires the allocated conveyancer. Klarna can spread some immediate payments. Mortgage advice carries a fee of up to 1%, typically £299. Everything is priced in pounds and covers UK properties.
