It now describes a team of around 30 full-time staff across Australia, China and the Philippines, an office and warehouse in Shenzhen opened in 2012, and warehouses in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide since 2017.
The range is very broad: appliances, bathroom and renovation fittings, lighting, computer accessories, electronics, furniture, rugs, bedding, kitchenware, luggage, pet supplies, camping gear, fitness equipment, toys and fashion, plus an adult section. It sells to individual shoppers as well as wholesalers, retailers, drop shippers, schools and businesses, and offers bulk discounts.
Prices are in Australian dollars and the shop is aimed at Australian customers, with free shipping to metro areas Australia-wide. It says it has sold into New Zealand since 2018 and offers worldwide shipping on selected products only. Payment options listed include PayPal, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Zip and Laybuy.
