The company says it works with over 75,000 salon partners across 15 countries and is based in London.
What stands out is the ability to book at any hour, compare venues, and find smart prices for last-minute or off-peak slots. Treatwell Rewards gives 3 points per £1 spent when you pay online, or 1 point per £1 when you pay at the salon. Reaching 1,500 points unlocks a £10 voucher and 2,500 points unlocks a £25 voucher. Points expire after 12 months, and vouchers last a month and only work on prepaid bookings in the app.
For UK customers payment is taken at booking in pounds sterling by credit or debit card, Google Pay or PayPal, and some venues offer pay at venue. Cancelling outside the salon's cancellation period, usually 24 to 72 hours and shown before you book, gives a full refund to your original payment method. Inside that period any refund is at the salon's discretion. Gift cards can be refunded within 14 days if unused and expire after 12 months. There is an app for iPhone and Android.
