50% of our commission goes to .Change
Pick a charity and we'll give them 50% of our commission.

If you're fundraising for a charity this winter, your supporters can now add to your total just by doing their Christmas shopping. Voucher Magpie makes a free page for anyone fundraising on JustGiving, and from this week the same works for Movember teams and Mo Spaces. Paste your page's link and we build your page in seconds, with your photo, your story, your target and your total, kept up to date every night.
Whenever a supporter chooses you on that page and then shops through one of our codes or deals, we donate 50% of the commission the shop pays us to your JustGiving or Movember page. It's on top of their sponsorship, and it costs them nothing: they pay the shop's normal price.
At a glance
- Who it's for: anyone with a JustGiving fundraising page, and any Movember team or individual Mo Space.
- What you get: a page on Voucher Magpie with your photo, story, target and total, plus a share card for social media.
- Where the money goes: to your JustGiving or Movember page, so it reaches the charity, never you personally.
- What it costs: nothing, for you or your supporters.
Who it helps
JustGiving pages cover everything from marathons and bike rides to bake sales and head shaves. Movember runs every November: people grow a moustache, or take on a challenge like running 60km over the month, to raise money for men's health, including mental health and prostate and testicular cancer.
The first Movember team on Voucher Magpie is the senior squad at Caerleon Rugby Club in south Wales. Its 13 team members are putting away the razors for the month, and when we added their page they had raised £113 towards a £400 target. Their page on Voucher Magpie shows their Movember total, and every supporter who picks them and shops online adds a little more.
Fundraisers already using it include runners training for the TCS London Marathon and riders taking on the London to Brighton Bike Ride.
How much could your shopping add? A worked example
Say 20 friends and family pick you, and each spends £100 online over the next few weeks on Christmas presents, clothes and everyday things. If those shops pay us 5% commission on average, that's £5 per person, and £2.50 of it goes to your page. Across all 20, that's £50 added to your total, without anyone being asked for another penny.
Commission rates vary from shop to shop, usually between 2% and 10%, so your total could be higher or lower. The more people who pick you before Black Friday and Christmas, the more it adds up.
What to do now
- Copy your page's link. On JustGiving it looks like justgiving.com/page/your-name. On Movember, use your team page or Mo Space link, such as uk.movember.com/team/1234567. The short links Movember gives you for sharing work too.
- Paste it in. Use Add your JustGiving page or Add your Movember team. Add your name and email, and your page is ready straight away.
- Share your Voucher Magpie link. Post it in your WhatsApp groups, on Facebook and in your JustGiving or Movember updates. When someone opens it, you're picked as the cause they shop for.
- Remind people before big shopping days. Black Friday is on 27 November and most Christmas orders go in during the next few weeks, so it's a good time to share.
- Add your own story. If your page only shows the charity's standard text, reply to our welcome email with a few lines about why you're fundraising.
Questions
Does it cost my supporters anything?
No. The shop pays us a commission for sending it the order, and we donate half of it to your page. Your supporters pay the normal price and still get any discount.
Does the money come to me?
No. We donate it on your JustGiving or Movember page, so it adds to your total and goes to the charity. If your page has closed by the time we pay, we give it to the charity directly.
When is it paid?
We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (January, April, July and October), once the shop has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order.
Is it instead of sponsoring me?
No, it's on top. Supporters can still sponsor you on JustGiving or Movember as well.
