About QEEQ
QEEQ is an online car hire booking platform. Rather than owning cars, it lists vehicles from more than a thousand rental partners worldwide so you can compare prices and book in one place. The UK version of the site shows prices in pounds and handles one-way hires, airport pickups and city locations across over 200 countries.
The pitch is choice and support. QEEQ highlights free cancellation on many bookings, no hidden fees and round-the-clock help by phone, WhatsApp and live chat, with country-specific numbers including a UK line. It says it was founded in 2017 and counts Alibaba among its investors. It suits holidaymakers and business travellers who want to compare many suppliers at once, though terms vary by booking, so read the cancellation policy shown before paying.
Payment can be in full online, in full at the desk or as a deposit with the balance at pickup. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitpay are accepted, and displayed prices include VAT. QEEQ's terms say there is no general right to cancel, so refunds depend on the policy shown at booking. Rentals include the legal minimum insurance, but travel and baggage cover are separate. The contracting company is Qompass Voyage Limited, registered in Hong Kong, with an Irish subsidiary.
